Sustainable EPS Foam Recycling

Through our comprehensive EPS foam recycling process, we efficiently convert your clean, excess foam waste into compact cubes, ready for shipment and transformation into various plastic products by manufacturers.

Eco-Conscious Foam Recycling & Repurposing Services

Home Foam recycles all (CLEAN) EPS foam. Whether you are an existing customer or not, we can pick us your EPS foam waste or feel free to drop it off. We take the existing waste, grind it up, send it through our densifier, which is then molded into a cube, ready for shipping. We ship out all our recycled products to manufacturers who use it to make assorted plastic items such as utensils and picture frames.

The Recycling Foam Process

Shred excess EPS

We utilize a state-of-the-art Greenmax Styrofoam shredder, turning our EPS foam into manageable, uniform shreds. This essential first step prepares the material to be processed by our advanced densifier. Through this thorough method, we melt the foam, transforming it into a more compact, reusable form.

Melt down the remains

Following the Greenmax Styrofoam shredder, we move the shredded foam through a sophisticated densifier, effectively melting the material down. This creates an incredibly compact package, facilitating easy and efficient shipping. Don’t let the small size fool you – these tightly-packed bundles of recycled foam carry a surprising heft, a testament to the efficiency of our densifying process!

Package and ship the recyclable material to various companies

Upon transforming EPS foam into highly compact and heavy blocks, we prepare these for their next life cycle. We work in collaboration with various companies to repurpose this material into new products. This recycled foam serves as the raw material for everyday items such as disposable cutlery, picture frames, and even playground equipment. This circular economy approach helps reduce waste, conserve resources, and contribute to a more sustainable environment.
